Delete Your Cloza Account
In compliance with Google Play Developer Policy and Apple App Store Review Guideline 5.1.1(v), registered Cloza users may permanently purge their accounts and associated personal data directly through this authenticated self-service portal.
Data Erasure & Retention Schedule
Before continuing, please review what happens to your information when your account is closed:
- Profile identity (full name, email, phone number, bio)
- Profile photo and portfolio media uploads
- Authentication credentials and active login sessions
- Push notification device tokens and location cache
- Service provider listings, posted bids, and categories
- In-app direct messages and conversation history
Completed booking invoices, payment transaction IDs, and settlement records are retained for up to 6 years strictly to satisfy statutory accounting, tax, and anti-money laundering (AML) audit mandates.
Instant In-App Deletion
If you have the Cloza mobile application installed, you can also delete your account instantly by navigating to Profile → Delete Account.
